After a 7 week stretch on the European Senior Tour Gary alongside his fellow senior professionals has made his way to Provence for the 5th instalment of the French Riviera Masters held at Terre Blanche Hotel Golf and Spa resort.

Following a run of successful events which have Gary from Scotland to Russia in the last month and a half, he finds himself in 34th position on the order of merit but keen to draw on his previous experience and positive memories he has of this tournament. Having played in the event four times previously, he finished 10th in 2011 and 12th in 2012 with scores of six under par and two under par respectively. This will obviously stand him in good stead as he begins this week on a course that after heavy rain may not suit his game style as it has done in previous years.
